Terms of participation

REGISTRATION FEE of one participant is 550 EUR 

(without accommodation)* 

and includes: participation in all meetings of the Conference, Participant's Certificate, a complete set of documents and handouts of the Conference (+ presentations of speakers in the form at the end of the event), lunches and coffee breaks according to the program of the Forum. The cost of living is not included in the registration fee and is paid by the participants themselves *. 

(!) Full payment of the registration fee must be made before the conference!

  • *The issue of accommodation is decided by the participants themselves (information about other hotels in Istanbul you can find on the site Booking.com ™: http://www.booking.com)

Cancellation policy: - Cancellation of participation for 31-60 days - return of 100% of participation cost, - Cancellation of participation for 15-30 days - 50% return of participation cost, - Cancellation of participation for 1-15 days - participation fee is not refundable. - In case of cancellation of the conference by the Organizer - return to the Participant 100% of the cost of participation, - In case of cancellation of participation, the organizer does not compensate the cost of accommodation in the hotel and air tickets. - Prior to payment of the registration fee, participation in the conference is not confirmed and the Organizer does not bear any obligations to the Participant.
