On October 15, 2020, the ONLINE FORUM “RECOVERY OF PROBLEM DEBT” took place, which is rightfully considered one of the remarkable events for professional circles in the field of collection. The organizer of the Forum was the Business Format company. The Forum brought together heads of the collection sector from 10 countries of the world.

The work of the ONLINE FORUM “RECOVERY OF PROBLEMIC DEBT” was launched within the framework of the Strategic Session on the topic: “NEW WORLD. NEW APPROACHES. NEW RULES”. The session included:
